Overseas Customers Please Note -
We deal with each Overseas delivery on an order by order basis, this is due to the variances of countries Customs & Tax laws.
Customers from North America please note -
We are able to ship items to the U.S.A. and Canada, but unfortunately due to customs restrictions we can not offer a guaranteed delivery, as we are unable to insure our packages against loss, theft or damage. Whilst in practice many items will arrive at their destination intact, our standard guarantee will not be applicable to packages destined for these countries.

Delivery by our carrier
For insurance purposes, our carrier requires a signature, except where clear alternative instructions have been given by the customer.
If you are not normally at home in working hours, please give an alternative address to which your delivery can be made, such as
a workplace or a neighbour.
A telephone contact number for use by the delivery operator would be helpful. In the event of the driver leaving a card while you
are out, please telephone the number on the card – the same day if possible.
